Description
This is one of my larger feather pendants using the rare Mokume Gane metal which has a long history and is 21 layers of copper and sliver that have been hammered and rolled many times to form a patterned foil sheet that is then put onto a silver sheet which is when we buy it. It is nearly as expensive as 9ct Gold and is very tricky to work with!! But is looks so gorgeous on my Barn owl feather playing with the actual colour of a Barn owl feather. I have used it here with silver and gold and a small oak leaf pattern. I hope you agree that it depicts the Barn owl very well xxx
