Under existing consumer law any pieces ordered on the internet or by phone can be returned strictly within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus original postage costs. Returned items must be in original condition,packaging & undamaged as well as unworn if jewellery and we cannot exchange or have returned earrings due to health and safety. All Jewellery items must be returned by Royal Mails Special Delivery service & are the responsibility of the customer until arrival. All other returns must be returned safely packaged & insured to there value when posting.
If an item arrives damaged please inform us by email or telephone call with three days of delivery and any item will have to be returned before a full refund will be given if the product is found genuinely faulty.
We will not be doing exchanges via the web site so if it is an item you do not wish to have after seeing it, it will have to be returned safely and than we will issue a refund minus postage and you can then re-order if you wish. If you do wish to discuss an exchange please do phone us in the shop and we will certainly see if it would be possible to do over the phone.
