General Information.

Delivery times
This will all come down to if a piece is in stock. If the piece is in stock it should be with you within 14 days. If the piece has to be made please allow up to 21 days. If you are interested in anything please
do phone, we strive to get things to you as soon as possible.

Postage
For jewellery the Post Office advises to post registered delivery at £4.50 plus, this will mean the parcel will be insured and delivered within 48 hours. We can post Recorded at £2.00 plus, but bear in mind the pieces will not be insured and will take up to 3 days. Both will require a signature on delivery.

For Prints and pet portrait commissions the price of postage using Royal Mail due to the larger size will be £7.00. For Greeting cards the price of postage for 5 cards will be £2.50.

Payments
We can take payment by Master, Visa and Maestro over the phone. For this you will have to provide certain details for the authorisation process. Payment will be taken from the card on the day before posting and receipts will be enclosed with delivery. All credit card details are destroyed after processing. If there is going to be a delay in delivery due to having to make the piece we will take a deposit and contact telephone number for final payment.

Returns
Under existing consumer law any pieces ordered on the internet or by phone can be returned strictly within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

If you have any questions please phone and do not forget that we strive to provide a personal professional service. All pieces are available with different chain lengths and styles, beaded pieces can
be threaded to any length and ear wires can be changed to stud fitting or clip.

Little feathers cannot be held responsible for any misuse of any piece of jewellery or gifts and all pieces should be handled with safety in mind they are not play things and are not safe for children.
